She is BRAVE: Celebrating the Women Who Choose Courage Over Fear

Every woman has a moment when she chooses courage over fear. That’s when she became BRAVE.

BRAVE Combat Federation has always celebrated warriors who step into the cage but She is BRAVE shines a light on a different kind of courage. The quiet, everyday kind. The kind that defines women who make brave choices in their lives - whether it’s choosing family over career expectations, pursuing education against the odds, or standing firm in a world that encourages them to yield.

This movement celebrates women as champions of strength, individuality, and resilience. It’s about acknowledging that bravery isn’t always loud or visible - sometimes, it’s found in the smallest decisions that change everything.

This campaign is also about sisterhood and the unspoken bond between women who understand what it means to keep going. She is BRAVE creates a community where women uplift one another, share their defining moments, and remind each other that courage comes in many forms. When one woman tells her story, she gives another the strength to tell hers.

Through She is BRAVE, BRAVE CF invites women everywhere to share their own defining moment, or to honour a woman who has inspired them to live fearlessly. Each month, BRAVE CF will highlight three inspiring stories - featuring them across BRAVE TV and partner platforms, with exclusive gifts for those who embody the spirit of courage.

How to Join the Movement:

1. Create a 30–60 second video starting with:

  • “My BRAVE moment was when…” or

  • “She was BRAVE when…”

2. Share what gave you strength

3. Use the hashtags #SheIsBRAVE #BRAVE100 #BRAVEWomen #BRAVEStories

4. Nominate another woman to continue the chain!

As fighters prepare to go to battle inside the cage at BRAVE CF 100, we’re turning the spotlight to those living bravely outside it - the women defining what it truly means to be BRAVE.
